This Terms of Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Purchaser” or “Client”) and Nomadic Girl Code LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) for your purchase and participation in the Nomadic Girl Code online course program (the “Program”).
For good and valuable consideration of nine hundred, ninety-seven U.S. Dollars ($997) or three payments of three hundred fifty U.S. dollars (3x $350), Client is electing to purchase the Nomadic Girl Code (hereinafter “NGC”). In exchange, Nomadic Girl Code agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below, and Program Outline Addendum attached hereto.
By purchasing the Program through our sales page, checking the box to accept these Terms at checkout, or otherwise enrolling, you agree to the following:
You are entering into a legally binding agreement with Nomadic Girl Code LLC.
You have read and agreed to the terms outlined below, including our payment, refund, and access policies.
You acknowledge that this is a digital educational product and that results are not guaranteed.

Client agrees and understands that she/he/they is purchasing the Nomadic Girl Code (“NGC” or “Program”) by Nomadic Girl Code.
Client acknowledges that she/he/they has read the Program Outline Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel she/he/they understands what is being provided in NGC as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Nomadic Girl Code’s website.
If at any time Client is found to be disruptive, making disparaging or defamatory comments about Program, Nomadic Girl Code, or Tamara, or otherwise negatively impacting Program for others and hindering or distracting other Clients from their own success, Nomadic Girl Code reserves the right to remove such Client, without refund. Client understands this, and knows this is a risk if she/he/they elects to act in such an inappropriate manner. Client agrees this is a suitable remedy and action should she/he/they act in any of the ways outlined above.
Non-Disclosure + Intellectual Property
Client acknowledges that all content provided through the Nomadic Girl Code Program—whether verbal, written, visual, digital, or otherwise—is the intellectual property of Nomadic Girl Code LLC and/or Tamara Williams, and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Bonus materials
Downloadable resources and checklists
Written scripts and coaching methodologies
Recorded Q&A calls and session replays
Design layouts, taglines, logos, slide decks, and brand messaging
The structure, sequence, and delivery of all course modules
Client agrees not to share, copy, sell, reproduce, repurpose, alter, publish, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works based on any Program content without express written consent from Nomadic Girl Code LLC or Tamara Williams personally.
Client may not teach or distribute Program materials as their own content or methodology in any format, whether free or paid. Doing so constitutes a direct violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials, strategies, and tools shared inside the Program, including but not limited to templates, resources, lesson recordings, and community discussions. This includes protecting the privacy of fellow members and respecting the shared space.
Any unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication of Program content is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the Program, with no refund and potential legal consequences.
Testimonials
Client understands and agrees that any and all commentary provided on public social media profiles including those belonging to Nomadic Girl Code may be published and used as testimonials by Nomadic Girl Code. Client gives Nomadic Girl Code a non-exclusive license to use the copy as written on the social media profile, in the email, or otherwise, and repost on Nomadic Girl Code social media channels, in advertisements for NGC, or other similar channels for the specific purpose of promoting and showcasing NGC client results.
If Client chooses to write about positive experiences in NGC, Client understands the material, along with Client’s name and other identifying information, will likely be published on Nomadic Girl Code's website, social media (with related channels), or otherwise. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for Testimonial, and Client understands he or she is granting Nomadic Girl Code an unlimited, irrevocable license in perpetuity to use, publish, distribute, or repurpose any information provided to Nomadic Girl Code as part of a Testimonial.
Payment Terms + Payment Plan & Access
1. A one-time payment of nine hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($997) payable up front, in full, or;
2. Three payments of three hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($350) payable over three (3) months, totaling $1,050 if this payment plan option is selected;
3. Client agrees to render payment via credit card on Nomadic Girl Code sales and checkout page for NGC. Client understands she/he/they is responsible for the full payment and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Nomadic Girl Code’s website or a designated third-party payment processor of Nomadic Girl Code’s choosing, in full.
4. Client understands the cost of the program is payable in full, or via a payment plan option, which Client will select at the time of purchase:
5. If Client elects to purchase NGC via the offered payment plan, Client agrees to abide by the rules and payments as explained on Nomadic Girl Code’s sales page;
Client understands and agrees that her/he/they credit card used to make the initial payment in the payment plan will be automatically charged for each of the two subsequent monthly payments thereafter, on or about the same date of the following month.
Should Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, Client understands:
The remainder of the Program may be forfeited if payment is not made within six days of the date it is due.
Client will owe a $200 late fee if she/he/they has not made the appropriate payment after the six-day grace period.
Client’s decision to cease use of NGC for any reason does not eliminate Client’s responsibility to complete the payment plan as agreed upon. Payment in full is required regardless of use, happiness with product, or results.
Payment Plan Access:
Drip access is granted for clients on the 3-month payment plan.
Month 1 includes access to: Intro Module, Module 1, and Module 2.
Month 2 includes access to: Module 3 and Module 4.
Month 3 includes access to: Modules 5 & 6 and all Bonus Modules.
Access to the Travel Plug Resource Vault is granted after the final payment is completed.
Nomadic Girl Code reserves the right to cancel Client’s access to NGC should she/he/they fail to make additional payments in accordance with the payment plan as agreed upon. Should this occur, Client understands she is not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to Nomadic Girl Code in exchange for work completed thus far, and it is up to the sole discretion of Nomadic Girl Code whether Client is to have continued access to any materials made available to Client during the Program up until payments were missed.
If Client and Nomadic Girl Code have not agreed upon a payment plan, Client understands one is not available, and agrees to provide payment in full, upfront, in the manner(s) designated on Nomadic Girl Code’s sales page.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality and integrity of Nomadic Girl Code and want every Client to be satisfied with their experience. Due to the digital nature of this Program and immediate access to proprietary course materials, we do not offer refunds except in rare circumstances.
5-Day Refund Policy (Full Pay Clients Only):
If you request a refund within 5 calendar days of purchase AND can demonstrate that:
You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content, and
You have not downloaded the majority of included bonuses or materials,
…then your request will be reviewed and may be granted at the sole discretion of Nomadic Girl Code.
To submit a refund request, email [email protected] within 5 calendar days of your purchase. All refund requests must include your reason for dissatisfaction and evidence showing minimal course usage.
No Refunds for Payment Plan Clients:
Clients selecting the 3-payment plan option are not eligible for a refund and remain responsible for completing all remaining payments.
Additional Terms:
Charge backs will be considered breach of this Agreement and may result in loss of access to the Program.
Nomadic Girl Code LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests outside of the 5-day window.
All sales are final after the refund window has passed.
By enrolling in the Program, Client agrees to these terms.
Voluntary Participation & Client Behavior Clause
Client understands that participation in Nomadic Girl Code is 100% voluntary. While tools, resources, coaching, and guidance are provided, success depends on the Client’s own effort, consistency, mindset, and follow-through.
By joining, Client agrees to:
Show up with integrity, honesty, and an open mind.
Respect the instructor, fellow students, and community guidelines.
Refrain from any abusive, harmful, or distracting behavior inside any group forums, calls, or correspondence.
Any Client who engages in defamatory comments, disruptive behavior, or attempts to solicit other participants may be removed from the Program without refund at the sole discretion of Nomadic Girl Code LLC. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, respect, and well-being of all participants.
Client acknowledges that this is a collaborative learning space and is expected to treat others with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.
Disclaimer & Results Clause
Client understands that Nomadic Girl Code LLC and Tamara Williams do not provide licensed financial, legal, immigration, or therapeutic services. All guidance and materials shared in the Program are based on personal experience, research, and practical strategy — not professional certification or legal counsel.
The information provided in the Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
Client acknowledges that participation in this Program does not constitute a guarantee of results. While every effort has been made to accurately represent the Program and its potential, individual outcomes may vary based on numerous factors including background, work ethic, personal circumstances, and external market forces.
No Guarantees:
Nomadic Girl Code, LLC does not guarantee:
That Client will move abroad.
That Client will find paid work overseas.
That Client will make a certain amount of income, save a specific amount of money, or experience any particular result.
That Client’s mindset or lifestyle will transform overnight.
Client accepts full responsibility for their own success, actions, and decisions. This Program is designed to provide a roadmap and support system — not to act as a replacement for personal action, legal counsel, or licensed financial advice.
Client agrees not to hold Nomadic Girl Code LLC liable for any results or lack thereof. Client understands that testimonials, past results, or success stories are not indicative of typical outcomes, and are meant for illustrative purposes only.
Indemnification
Client agrees to hold Nomadic Girl Code, LLC, its owner (Tamara Williams), agents, employees, and affiliates harmless for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Program materials provided.
Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Nomadic Girl Code, LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including legal fees and costs—arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program.
Under no circumstances shall Nomadic Girl Code, LLC’s liability exceed the total amount paid by Client for the Program.
Client agrees that use of the Program is at their own risk and that the Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Should Nomadic Girl Code be required to defend herself in any action directly or indirectly involving Client, or an action where we decide Client’s participation or assistance would benefit Nomadic Girl Code’s defense, Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Nomadic Girl Code, free of charge.
Dispute Resolution
Client expressly agrees that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Parties. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
If informal resolution and/or mediation fails, the Parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Maryland, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Client further agrees to waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding related to this Agreement.
Client also agrees that any claim or cause of action arising out of this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or else such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Client agrees and acknowledges that the venue for any dispute resolution (if necessary outside of arbitration) will be located in the state of Maryland.
Client agrees that any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be subject to and governed by the laws of Maryland, and hereby waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
Amendments Clause
Nomadic Girl Code, LLC. reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting a revised version on our website. Continued access to the Program by Client after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates. In the event of a material change, Nomadic Girl Code will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients via email or within the Program portal.
Terms Acceptance
By checking the box at checkout, submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in the Nomadic Girl Code Program, Client acknowledges that they:
Have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined in this Agreement;
Understand that this is a legally binding document;
Are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and with full awareness of its content and intent;
Agree to abide by the policies, expectations, and responsibilities detailed herein.
Client affirms that they are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
